Manufacturing Process of PVC Dual Pipe
The Extrusion Line Model 55×120 from Vishwakarma Industries, Delhi follows a streamlined and highly efficient manufacturing process. It is designed to produce durable, strong, and high-quality CPVC & UPVC pipes with minimal wastage, uniform wall thickness, and high-speed production – meeting both Indian (ISI) and international standards.
Raw Material Mixing in Hot and Cool Mixture :-
The process begins with the precise mixing of CPVC/PVC resin, stabilizers, lubricants, fillers (like calcium carbonate if required), and color masterbatches. This mixture is thoroughly blended using high-speed hot and cool mixers to ensure uniform dispersion of all additives. Proper raw material preparation is critical for smooth extrusion, dimensional accuracy, and long-lasting durability of the CPVC, UPVC conduit pipes.
Melting and Extruding :-
The blended rigid PVC/CPCV / UPVC material is fed into the Conical Twin screw extruder 55×120, where it is melted uniformly.
